CLASS SERIES CONTINUES TODAY WITH THE PRETTY - ALAKO YETUNDE - 06

Yetunde, also known in some quarters as ‘Arab money’ is neither of Arabian descent, nor spends like one. An attempt to describe her physical appearance may prove abortive for reasons best known to only us her former classmates and some other people who may know her on a personal level. Whatever description I give you now may actually be outdated by the time you finally meet her and God help you if you even come close to recognising her and the new look.
Prone to sudden change of appearance, Yetunde’s love for fashion is second to none. Her ability to keep abreast with latest trends in clothing, hairdos and accessories has always left me bewildered yet impressed. Infarct, if sentiment was to be kept aside, she would have unanimously won a contest for the best dressed female in the class. With her classy hairdos, matching outfits and complementary make-over, every other female in the class could not help but wish they had enough fervor and
finance to match her penchant for fashion.
Mostly quiet and attentive, you would readily admit her as an introvert, though she is upon closer inspection not introverted at all. Any attempt to ignite a conversation with her would either elicit enthusiasm or indifference depending on the topic for discussion and her mood at that particular moment. A very amiable lady, she was never one to make trouble, but is however capable of raising hell when the situation calls for such.
Just like every other human being, she had her own fair share of weaknesses and it seems attending classes was one of them, additionally, she never seemed to fancy random school parties either, because I never saw her in any of them.
On an inter-personal relationship basis, she and I never had cause to argue or fight over anything. Our relationship was basically on the periphery, an interaction mostly borne out of necessity than choice. She is one of the few people i know very little about, however her gentle and calm nature coupled with her ability to quickly adapt to change has left her as a significant impression on the sands of my heart.
