TODAY I CONTINUE MY CLASS SERIES WITH - BOLARINWA MUSTAPHA & HENRIATTA BARLAY

BOLARINWA MUSTAPHA
True to his character, I would not even bother to spend much time on non-necessities, instead I would be as curt in this particular expose as possible.
Being one of the few guys out there who still maintain their sanity when a woman is involved, Mustapha is not like your everyday person, yet in some ways he is. I respect his ability to convey his convictions and points of view irrespective of the situation or whose ox is gored.
Although it is very easy to jump into conclusions about people like him even from a distance, however a closer interaction with him would prove that his good side far outweighs his bad. On numerous occasions, I have been a beneficiary of his good listening skills and his ability to adjust to other people’s opinions and views when necessary.
It would indeed be shocking to see that I have so many good things to say about this energetic young Man. A lot of people would be waiting for me to
criticise his love for Alomo and his other daring social skills, but I won’t. Instead I remember how on different occasions, he has been a fatherly figure to the drunk, especially drunk ladies who seem to favour being in his custody when in a state of stupor. Unlike most other men, his respect for ladies seems to increase with every bottle of alcohol they gulp and when finally they get on the edge, uhm, Mustapha’s superman side takes control, effectively shielding them from any form of abuse by the more concupiscent members of the male specie.
Also laudable is Mustapha’s pride in his roots, he is always bragging about his military background and environment, he never ceased to remind us of his privileged upbringing in an environment of chaos and discipline. With time, we began to excuse some of his rather impolite behaviours based on his background.
A very friendly but disciplined individual, the magnitude of his charisma can easily be measured among his circle of friends whom he has been able to influence in no small measure.
On a conclusive note, I appreciate Mustapha both for his friendliness and his cooperation, his civility and his discipline throughout our four years of being course mates and indeed friends at the prestigious university of Lagos.
