Number 12 on the class list is Erhabor Cynthia, a light-skinned beauty all the way from Edo state. Average height, beautiful face, confident voice and very social in nature, Cynthia is a very good friend and gisting partner whenever the need for gossip arises. Also known as 'don't touch my body', her high level of morality and if i dare say, chastity, does not condone any form of conscious or accidental contact with either her mammary glands or her 'behind'. If she ever catches you in this act, then all hell would be let loose, infarct that is the most effective way of wiping of a smile on her face.

Also on the
list of things that gets her annoyed is any form of joke or jest which would jeopardize her status as a beauty Queen. Just like every other Woman, she has successfully convinced herself that she is the most beautiful of ladies and any statement by anyone which contradicts this perspective of hers would never be taken with levity or handled with kid gloves.

Now to more serious matters, Cynthia has no regard for time, infarct she lives above and beyond time and unlike some of us, she is not a slave to time. I vividly remember those days in year two when both of us used to schedule reading appointments at the library, it turned out that i would spend half of the reading time waiting for her to come out of her hostel. Also Cynthia has never agreed and may never agree that she has been touched by any man. Her conviction of her virginity and chastity is rather convincing, although sceptics like me would always think otherwise. It is also worthy of note that if there is anything Cynthia fears the most, its pre-marital pregnancy, argh! She is scared to death of it, although i think in actuality, she is more scared of her Mothers' reaction to such an occurrence than the pregnancy itself.

In a nutshell, Cynthia was one of my earliest female friends in UNILAG, a troublesome but lively individual. She is also an intelligent babe, who one day wishes to marry a dark, tall, handsome, broad shouldered, rich, charismatic, loving, caring and God fearing Young Man, and i bet you that if waiting till 40 years as a spinster would guarantee her such a rather rare man, then she would certainly be willing to wait.
