5 REASONS YOU SHOULD BE GRATEFUL THAT YOU RESIDE IN LAGOS

Good Roads:
Although this may not apply to every nook and cranny of Lagos state, however Lagos still has a significant stretch of good, tarred roads, this is significant, in spite of the constant traffic on these roads.
Portable Water:
Lagos is surrounded by Water, therefore water is not actually the Major problem of its inhabitants. Maybe occasional floods do occur, but no one has been reported dead from thirst.
Urbanisation:
The world has moved from crude farming and rural settings to sky crappers and industrialisation. I personally prefer the sight of beautiful
houses and cinemas, to a rural setting and farms.
Fun and Entertainment:
The advantage of several locations for sightseeing and the presence of beaches is something a typical Lagosian should be thankful for. Cinemas are scattered around the major towns, clubs are not difficult to come by and other fun spots, even though they cost some money, they are actually worth the while, especially during the holiday periods.
Better Job Opportunities:
Even though the explosive population of Lagos has made everything productive also very competitive, however there seems to also be a never ending market for goods and services and even corporate Jobs. Factory workers are needed, security guards, cleaners, tailors, even cobblers. In Lagos, surviving seems to be generally easier, if this was not the case, beggars won't have a spot for several years on a stretch.
